For its 25th anniversary, Contract Workplaces wanted to celebrate more than just a number. Known across Latin America for designing and building turnkey office spaces, the company asked us to help tell the story of what happens inside those spaces. We produced a series of three branded short films, each capturing the emotional, human, and sometimes invisible aspects of workplace transformation. These weren’t corporate videos—they were stories. Crafted with cinematic language and subtle branding, the trilogy became a tool to engage clients, teams, and prospects across multiple countries. Contract didn’t just celebrate its history. It turned it into narrative capital.
