ACEAPP (the Association of Outpatient Clinics and Ambulatory Establishments of the Province of Buenos Aires) brings together more than 300 medical centers across the region. For years, its communication had been minimal, fragmented, and lacked a recognizable identity. At 2Coins, we redefined how the organization engages with its ecosystem. We built a content strategy, activated digital channels, strengthened media presence, and developed targeted campaigns for doctors, funders, and public stakeholders. We also designed their new website to serve as a clear, accessible, and professional point of contact. Within a year, ACEAPP gained relevance and visibility. It went from being a silent actor to a trusted voice in the healthcare system.
